Historically the event attracts over 775 people to attend in-person. With the addition of virtual attendees, the attendance is expected to easily exceed 1,000 people in 2025. Attendee demographics include a broad variety of job functions such as Research and Development, Technical Service, Product Development, Marketing, and Executive Management.

What’s included:

STANDARD BOOTH EQUIPMENT: Standard booth equipment is furnished to all exhibitors who occupy any and all booth configurations. A request form for other than standard booth equipment is included in the exhibitor manual.

Standard booth equipment consists of:

Draped back wall – 8 feet in height
Draped side walls – 3 feet in height
Identification sign – lettered with exhibitor’s name
Two chairs
6’ Table, draped
One 110v electrical outlet
Carpeting, Wastebasket

We also include the following as additional benefits to each exhibitor:

Exhibitor Badges-each 10×10 booth receives 3 complimentary exhibitor badges. 20×20 booth receives 12 complimentary exhibitor badges. Additional badges can be purchased for $265 each.
